ARLINGTON MODERN

Arlington, VA. New construction, styled with curved furniture chosen to soften all those clean, modern lines. In the main living room, each piece pulls its own weight, a curved sofa paired with matching swivel chairs arranged around the fireplace as the true focal point. The open layout keeps the room from feeling crowded, and the furniture does the talking, nothing else has to. The open concept main level ties the kitchen, wet bar, and dining room together for actual entertaining, a soft color palette with subtle contrast keeping the whole level cohesive and the airy feel seamless from room to room. Out back, a screened porch brings that same cozy feeling outside, weather protected window treatments letting the indoor comfort spill straight through. The primary bath closes things out, a freestanding tub set beneath a wall of windows, a glass enclosed shower finished in stacked marble tile. Black framed abstract art and matte black fixtures add quiet contrast against all the white, while a textural woven vessel on the vanity brings in the one warm, organic note in an otherwise cool, clean room.
